Instructions
  1. Prepare pasta
  2. Wash and prep all produce
  3. In a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium heat
  4. Saute asparagus, shallot, tomatoes, and olives until asparagus is al dente (8-10 minutes)
  5. Add garlic and stir.
  6. Remove from heat and add kale, oregano, and lemon. Stir.
  7. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes ( this wilts the kale)
  8. Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
