  1. Boil water for pasta and prepare according to package
  2. In a large chef pan, cook sausage. Be sure to break into smaller bite sized pieces while cooking
  3. Drain half of the grease
  4. Add the onions and pepper and saute until tender
  5. Pasta should be ready now. Drain and set aside
  6. Add the greens to the top of the sausage mixture
  7. Pour the rigationi into the pan and allow the greens to wilt before mixing
  8. Once mixed, serve immediately and enjoy
