  1. Wash all produce
  2. Slice bok choi in half and set aside
  3. Mince garlic; set aside
  4. Dice onion; set aside
  5. Measure and add garlic powder, turmeric powder, salt, and red pepper flakes to a small bowl and set aside
  6. In a small pot over medium heat add 1 tbsp olive oil
  7. Add onion, ginger and , miso.
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. SauteĀ“ until onions are transparent
  10. Add garlic
  11. SauteĀ“ about 1 min
  12. Add water, tamari, and dry spices
  13. Mix thoroughly and bring to a simmer
  14. Add 2 scoops of bone broth collagen to the simmering pot
  15. While the broth is simmering, prepare ramen noodles in a separate pot
  16. When noodles are done, drain and add to the simmering broth
  17. Remove from heat and garnish with bok choi, seaweed, and raw shredded carrots
  18. Serve
