Ingredients

cups
Whole milk
nut milks do not work well as a non dairy substitution but soy milk works great
1
teabag
Earl Grey (or 1-2 tsp loose leaf tea)
1
teaspoon
dried lavender
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla bean paste
1
teasoon
honey
Sweeten to taste
Instructions
In a small pot, combine milk, tea, dried lavender, and vanilla
Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes and stir occasionally
Be sure not to scald milk and decrease heat if needed
Remove from heat and allow tea to steep for an additional 2-3 minutes
Strain liquid into your favorite mug
Add honey and stir
Garnish with additional lavender if you wish
