Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Wash and slice potatoes and place in baking dish. Set aside
  3. Combine next 9 ingredients in a medium sauce pan and heat over medium low heat
  4. Stir occasionally and cook until sauce is smooth
  5. Pour sauce over potatoes in baking dish. Make sure all potatoes are covered
  6. Cover dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes
  7. Uncover and add bread crumbs. Bake for another 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes
  9. Serve and Enjoy!
