Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Line up raw wedged potatoes on a baking sheet
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and turn to coat each side evenly
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping after 20 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and add half of the parmesean
  7. Return to oven and cook unter broiler for 3-5 minutes being careful not to burn the wedges
  8. Remove from oven
  9. Season with salt and pepper again (if desired)
  10. Garnish with the rest of the parm and parsley
  11. Serve hot
