Ingredients
12-15
whole
brussels sprouts
3
tablespoons
honey
20
cranks
fresh black pepper
1
heavy pinch
coarse celtic sea salt
light coat
aerosoled
avocado oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Wash all brussels sprouts
Cut brussels sprouts in half and place on foil lined baking sheet
lightly coat with avocado oil and drizzle honey over brussels sprouts
Crank fresh cracked black pepper and salt on brussels sprouts
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and cool for 3- 5 minutes
Serve along side your favorite protein or enjoy a bowl of these brussels sprouts alone.
