Sweet and Delicious Banana Pancakes

Pancakes
  1. Mix vinegar and milk in container and set aside
  2. Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl
  3. Create well in dry ingredients and add egg, milk, and melted butter
  4. Combine ingredients, careful not to over stir
  5. Allow batter to rest for a few minutes
  6. Heat skillet and coat with baking spray or butter
  7. Add batter and flip once bubbles begin to appear
  8. Hold cooked pancakes in oven on warm
Toppings
  1. Combine butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar in pan
  2. Add sliced bananas and heat thoroughly
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Spoon bananas over pancakes and sprinkle with confections sugar. Dig in!
