Ingredients

cups
raw turbinado sugar
1/2
cup
light brown sugar
1/4
cup
pumpkin puree
1
tbsp
pumpkin pie spice
3
cinnamon sticks
1
vanilla bean
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract may be used as a substitute
2 1/2
cup
water
Instructions
Gather all ingredients
Add all ingredients into pot except vanilla bean
Slice and scrape the seeds out of the vanilla bean
Add pod and seeds to pot
Stir
Bring to boil over medium high heat
Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occassionally
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10-15 min
Transfer into airtight storage container
Store in refrigerator
