Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting

Gluten Free Brownies
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  1. Spray a 9×13 bar pan with non stick cooking/baking spray
  2. In a medium sized pot melt butter
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla bean paste
  5. Mix in chocolate chips
  6. Mix in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder
  7. Spread batter onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely
  9. If using pumpkin cookie cutter, cut out pumpkins now
  10. If not, cut into bars or squares
  11. Set aside
  12. Make Frosting recipe below
  13. Spread frosting on bars, squares, or pumpkins
  14. Color in pumpkin stem with green writing gel
  15. Serve
Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting
  1. Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature
  2. With a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream butter and cream cheese together
  3. Add vanilla bean paste, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice to frosting and mix
  4. Slowly add confectioners sugar and mix until fluffy buttercream has formed
