  1. Cook rice according to instruction on bag
  2. Wash and prep all ingredients
  3. Preheat a sauté pan over medium heat
  4. Add veggies and kielbasa, stirring occasionally
  5. Sauté until all veggies are soft, tomatoes have burst, and kielbasa is cooked through
  6. Add cooked rice and mix thoroughly
  7. Add spinach and wilt
  8. Serve
