Avocados
Be sure avocados are ripe

Red onion, small dice

tbsp
Cilantro, roughly chopped
1
Lime,small
Use the juice of 1 small lime
1
Tomato, small dice
1
tsp
Jalepeno, small dice
Be sure jalepeno is seeded
1/2
tsp
Kosher salt
Instructions
Gather all ingredients
Wash all produce
Add avocado to mixing bowl and, using immersion blender, blend until semi smooth
Add onion, salt, lime juice, tomato, and jalapeƱo. Mix with spoon
Stir in cilantro
Serve with tortilla chips
