Get Well Tea Featuring Fresh Ginger Root
A warming and comforting ginger root tea to get you feeling better in no time!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice ginger root into thick chunks
  2. Add 6 cups of filtered water to your kettle (or pot)
  3. Add sliced ginger root to kettle (or pot)
  4. Bring to a boil
  5. Reduce heat to the lowest setting (or warming zone if your stove has one)
  6. Cover and let tea steep for 5-10 minutes (the longer it steeps, the stronger the ginger flavor will be)
  7. Pour tea into mugs
  8. Add 1 tsp of honey to each mug
  9. Divide the lemon juice between the mugs
  10. Serve

If you do not have honey on hand, this is delicious with just the ginger and lemon as well.  I’ve included pics with the honey and without.
