For the Crust
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine the crust ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly
  3. Press firmly (with fingertips or the bottom of a glass) into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan
For the Filling
  1. Cream sugar and cream cheese together
  2. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix until completely incorporated
  3. Add eggs 1 at a time and mix completely
  4. Pour filling into springform pan
  5. Bake in a water bath for 1 hour 10 minutes
For the Dulce de Leche
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Pour 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk in a glass pyrex
  3. Set up a water bath for the filled pyrex and place pyrex inside water bath
  4. Cover the filled pyrex with foil and bake for 45 minutes
  5. Stir after 45 minutes, cover with foil again. Bake for another 45 minutes
  6. Allow to cool.
  7. Pour topping on cheesecake
  8. Serve
