Ingredients

pint
fresh figs
1/2
cup
honey
1/2
cup
sugar
1/4
cup
balsamic vinegar
1
thsp
black chia seeds
Instructions
Wash figs
Add figs, honey, sugar, and balsamic vinegar to stock pot
Cook covered on medium low for about an hour (until all the fruit has broken down)
Stir occasionally
Remove jam from heat
Add chia seeds
Allow jam to cool and thicken
Add jam to jars and refrigerate or freeze
